“Matthias” is named after St. Matthias the Apostle who is believed to have been beheaded by axe, and is now the patron saint of carpenters among many other things. These collage prints are inspired by the Medieval period, using elements of abbey ruins, chainmaille and weaponry for a unique spin on the modern revival.
